Aviator Oxygen Type I Analysis Program MIL-PRF-27210-T1 Spec. J (requires a 1L ss cylinder charged to between 250 – 1000 psig, rental not included). Also equivalent to SAE Aerospace AS8010 Type 1. If SAE report template is required, please request this at the time of order.

Description

This ISO-17025 accredited test program includes all required “Mil-PRF-27210J – Type 1” Aviator Breathing Oxygen (ABO) specification tests. Type I ABO (gaseous) requires a sample to be taken from a gas manifold during filling operations. Samples must be shipped in O2 service cleaned, DOT approved cylinders. If air-transport is used, cylinders must be packaged inside specially designed / IATA-approved O2 sample shipping cases (ex. “supercase”).  Sample cylinder and “supercase” rentals or purchase are offered.
