ABO Type II Program
Aviator Oxygen Type II Analysis Program MIL-PRF-27210-T2 Spec. J (Requires a Cosmodyne Sampler, rental not included).
Description
This ISO-17025 accredited test program includes all required “Mil-PRF-27210J – Type II” Aviator Breathing Oxygen (ABO) specification tests. Type II ABO (gas sample directly taken from vaporized, liquid O2) requires sampling a liquid oxygen storage tank. This typically involves use of a special, O2 service cleaned “Cosmodyne®-type” liquid sampling cylinder. If air transport is used, these sample cylinders must be packaged inside a specially designed / IATA approved shipping case “supercase”. Sample cylinder, cryogenic transfer line and” supercase” rentals or purchase are offered.
