ASU Air Inlet Testing Program
Description
This test program is custom designed to determine the quality of ambient, atmospheric air present at the air intake point of air separation unit (ASU) plants. This information is important for proper design of air pollution impurity removal systems. Sampling typically involves use of special, rented summa canisters, gas sampling bags, air sampling pump, use of some sorbent tubes and performance of some specialized on-site tests. ALI offers on-site sampling, testing and sample transport services for this program.
